1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and go33 ("go33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the go33 online gaming platform available at go33.vu and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the go33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the go33 service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms incorporate by reference go33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and go33. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms communicated separately, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the go33 platform. go33 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. go33 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where the age verification requirement is not satisfied. All funds in an account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to go33 is subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the go33 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. go33 does not represent or warrant that the services are available or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction. Residents of certain countries or territories may be restricted or prohibited from using the platform entirely.

2.3 Account Registration

To use go33's paid services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. go33 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the go33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. go33 may use technical and manual means to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all balances (including pending withdrawals and bonus funds) will be forfeited, and the member may be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify go33 immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. go33 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from your failure to promptly report unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

go33 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — including before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your go33 account at any time by contacting customer support. go33 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or following a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

go33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability in your region. Accepted methods may change from time to time at go33's discretion. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your go33 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by go33's payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. go33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

go33 targets processing of withdrawal requests to Touch n Go eWallet within one (1) to two (2) hours of the request being approved. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method, time of request, and any outstanding verification requirements. go33 processes withdrawals exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit and registered to your verified account. Withdrawal requests submitted during KYC review may be held until verification is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

go33 maintains anti-money laundering ("AML") policies consistent with applicable international standards. go33 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Depositing funds to a gaming account for purposes other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

go33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all go33 promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• go33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play, or exploiting offer terms contrary to their intended purpose — will result in cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one promotion may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• go33 staff, their family members, and associates are not eligible to participate in any go33 promotion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

Bets on the go33 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the Sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction or data feed error affecting odds or market availability, go33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game as communicated by the live dealer and displayed on the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the hand or round will be resolved according to the outcome that occurred, regardless of whether the disconnection was on go33's side or the member's side. go33 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's side.

6.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generation systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

6.4 Bet Finality

Once a bet is confirmed by the go33 system, it is final and may not be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules. go33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the go33 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets or access the platform
• Collusion with other members to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes through the platform
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to interfere with go33's systems or software
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false registration information
• Abusing technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to place bets that would not otherwise be available at those terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the go33 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, text, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of go33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any go33 content without prior written consent from go33.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, go33's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim; or (b) one hundred Malaysian Ringgit (RM 100).

go33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if go33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

go33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

go33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. go33 supports responsible gaming and encourages members to use the tools available in their account dashboards, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will result in the complete suspension of account access for the duration chosen by the member. During a self-exclusion period, go33 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent new account registrations by the excluded member. Self-exclusion is not a guarantee of complete prevention in all circumstances — members are encouraged to also contact relevant support organisations where additional assistance is needed.

11. Privacy and Data

By using the go33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. go33 will never sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it where required by law or with service providers necessary to operate the platform.

12. Amendments to Terms

go33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, go33 will provide notice via email to your registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the go33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to go33's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration. go33's decision on the outcome of any gaming dispute — including the settlement of bets — shall be final and binding, subject only to a formal complaint submitted in writing to go33's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the disputed event.
